Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Impeccable Mischief (impeccablemischief.net). Because our products are print-on-demand and custom-made uniquely for you when you place an order, we utilize a specialized fulfillment structure through our printing partner, Printful.
Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take great pride in our quality. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if you received the incorrect item or size, we will issue a 100% free replacement or full refund.
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 25 days of the date the product was delivered to your shipping address.
- How to Claim: Email our support team at info@impeccablemischief.net.
- Required Info: Please include your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo evidence showing the defect or the incorrect item.
- Do Not Return Immediately: Do not mail items back to us until our support team reviews your photo evidence and provides specific instructions.
2. Lost in Transit
If your package tracking stops updating or passes its estimated delivery date without arriving, the package may be lost.
- Reporting Window: Any claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to us via email no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Resolution: We will cover the costs of printing and shipping a replacement order directly to you.
- Note: Impeccable Mischief is not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed missing by the customer, or for delivery failures caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because every product on Impeccable Mischief is custom-printed on demand at the moment of purchase, we do not keep physical inventory on shelves.
- No General Returns: We cannot accept returns, modifications, or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong color.
- Size Exchanges: We do not offer free exchanges for ordering the incorrect size. Please carefully consult the sizing charts located on each product page prior to finalizing your order.
- Customer-Paid Exchanges: If you absolutely need a different size, contact info@impeccablemischief.net. We may be able to offer a discounted replacement order on a case-by-case basis.
4. Correct Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to Printful's facility due to an invalid address or an unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once we confirm an updated address with you.
5. Return Mailing Address
Our returns are processed automatically by our fulfillment partner's regional warehouses. Please do not mail packages back to our corporate business address.
If our support team approves a physical return or inspection, we will supply you with the appropriate regional warehouse destination (such as facilities in Texas, USA; Ontario, Canada; or Europe) depending on where your order was originally printed. Unapproved returns sent back to our facilities without prior authorization will be discarded or donated.
